beautiful headboard, could be sturdier : South Shore Step One Collection Full / Queen 54/60-Inch Headboard, Black
- packaging was fine, no noticeable damage as it traveled from east coast to west coast by Ups
- instructions was the worst (relatively) of all the south shore furniture items I bought (platform bed, side table, 6 drawer dresser), illustrations are slightly dissimilar from the actual items, but it is easy adequate to shape out
- the manufacture is bad, pretty heavy and tall, attaches using only 4 smallish screws to the bed at the bottom. It will sway a lot if not resting against a wall, I added some foam boards in between this and the wall to stabilize
- it will probably not be advisable to take off and re-attach while moving since it screws directly into the particle board (I wished it had bolts and nuts instead)
- I would probably just buy the bed if I had to do this again
