This full/queen platform bed with its rich dark Chocolate finish has a timeless look and blends easily in any decor. It provides storage with two large drawers, one on each side, without handles. Drawers have full extension metal glides for easy access. This bed fits full or queen size mattress and box spring is not required. This product was inexpensive enough that we didn't expect much--but this bed defied even our low expectations. The bed is poorly made, the instructions are ridiculous, and many of the pre-drilled holes are in the wrong spot. We ended up having to drill our own holes and use copious amounts of Gorilla Glue to hold the frame together. Also, a warning, they won't return the bed for defects (although they will send you a replacement). So, this is a permanent purchase. It's o.k. now that we have it together, although the drawers are still rather flimsy. It looks fine. Bottom line: I think there are probably better platform-bed investments out there, even for the money.
